1st Granshaw Boys Brigade
We’re really pleased to have a Boys Brigade company that is full of life. We offer 3 sections accommodating boys aged between 5-18.
If you’re interested in sending your son to our Boys Brigade then please see the appropriate section below and feel free to get in contact with the leader in charge.

Anchor Boys – 12th September (6.30-7.30pm)
Junior Section – 14th September (6.30-8pm)
Company Section – 14th September (7.30-10pm)

Anchor Boys (Primary 1-4)
Our Anchor Boys meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm in our Church Halls.
A normal Anchor Boys night involves crafts, games & sports and a Bible story. Throughout the year we also go on various trips and invite different guests to come in and interact with the boys.
The end of the year is celebrated with our Display night, when parents get a taster of all that the boys have been doing throughout the year.

Junior Section (Primary 5-7)
Junior Section takes place every Thursday night from 6:30-8pm.
On a typical night Junior Section night there are games, stories, and various other interesting activities including baking, cooking, camp craft skills etc.
Our Junior Section also have some football teams which compete on Saturday afternoons.
Company Section (Year 8+)
Company Section takes place every Thursday night from 7:30-10pm.
A night includes scripture class, drill, sports, tuck shop, and various activities such as cooking, woodwork etc.
Our Company Section also compete in lots of different sports, including football on Saturday afternoons.
